This fully stocked home boasts 3 cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed and soft memory foam mattress. Every bedroom also has its own closet and dresser. The 2 full bathrooms have walk-in showers. The living room also has a queen pullout sleeper for additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with many appliances for in-home meals including a Keurig, toaster, blender, and crockpot. All cooking utensils, plates, and glasses are readily available. A pack n play is stocked for any little ones traveling along. Other perks include a beginning stock of basic essentials such as coffee, toilet paper, and paper towels, a washer and dryer onsite, and fresh towels and linens stocked for every stay.
Enjoy the newly added hot tub and outdoor seating. There are 4 off-street parking spaces in the driveway. We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs with a $100 nonrefundable pet fee.
Located in the historic Lincolnville neighborhood, this home is steps away from everything St. Augustine has to offer. It's a block to the Lightner Museum and Flagler, and 3 blocks to Saint George Street. Walk to local favorites such as Ice Plant, St. Augustine Distillery, and Fish Camp. Vilano Beach is a 10-minute drive away. Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood with flavorful dining, art, and culture right on your doorstep. Citrus Hideaway is just down the street from the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sabastian Winery. Blue Hen, the top neighborhood brunch spot, is just blocks away.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. This home is not suitable for parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (Bagged and placed in outside trash bin) ($50 per pile). [SI]
