The laundry room is equipped with two washing machines and two dryers. The landscaped yard features an inviting pool and an undercover patio area. Upstairs, find four spacious bedrooms, each with hotel-quality linen and bedding, and ample closet space. Bedroom One, Bedroom Three, and Bedroom Four each feature a king bed, an attached ensuite, and a Smart TV, with Bedroom Three and Four also offering balcony access. Smoking is not allowed on the property, including the front porch, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events are not allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from their original positions. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is prohibited. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet except toilet paper. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Guests are required to follow the house rules. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay.
