One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet, and additional charges apply if dog feces is not properly disposed of ($50 per pile).

Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and no parties are allowed. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. A security camera is installed at the front of the home, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation.
