Sit out on the front patio each morning with your coffee and snacks while listening to the waves, then take a short walk to the beach, just one block away.
Relax in the sunny living area on the plush chaise lounge while enjoying a game of Jenga or Yahtzee, or stream Netflix on the huge wall-mounted TV. The chef-friendly kitchen comes fully equipped with quality stainless steel appliances, including a fridge/freezer, oven and cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar with seating for four, or explore nearby restaurants and cafes. The bedroom offers a super comfortable Casper queen bed and a second wall-mounted smart TV for movie nights. The modern bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fluffy towels.
Pets are welcome, with one dog under 50 lbs permitted per stay. A $100 non-refundable pet fee applies. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile).
Deja Blue is located just one block from the beautiful St. Augustine beach on Anastasia Island and is only a 7-minute drive to historic Downtown St. Augustine. The island offers a laid-back, breezy vibe with attractions like the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum and Anastasia State Park, featuring 4 miles of white quartz sand beaches. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. A security camera is installed at the front of the home, facing the driveway. Tampering with the camera or disconnecting the internet may result in the reservation being canceled. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch.
