The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to an additional fee of $50/hr.
