Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. This home is not suitable for parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Guests are required to follow the house rules written and posted in the house during their stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
