The second floor features a spacious and open dining room with a large table that seats eight, a fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space for large meals, and an additional dining set for four. The inviting living room includes a wrap-around couch, coastal chairs, and a daybed that sleeps one. The luxury en-suite master bedroom offers a king-size bed, smart TV, dresser, and walk-in closet, along with a full bathroom featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The first floor includes a living room with direct pool access, a queen sleeper sofa, and a smart TV. Guest bedrooms include a queen bed and two twin beds, all with private closets. The garage offers a ping pong table, magnetic darts, and a gym corner with various equipment. Outside, enjoy the heated pool, outdoor dining set, sit-up bar under a pergola, outdoor shower, and mini-golf game.
The property accommodates one dog under 50 lbs with a $248 non-refundable pet fee. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty trained. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay, and additional charges apply if dog feces is not properly disposed of ($50 per pile).

A public grocery store and top restaurants are just a few minutes' drive away. The public community center with basketball and tennis courts and a playground is a two-minute walk away. The home is situated in Vilano Beach, a short drive to the city center with its abundance of restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping.
Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door. Tampering with the camera or disconnecting the internet may result in reservation cancellation and guests being asked to vacate. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. The home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be followed as written and posted in the house.
