This warm and welcoming cottage features gorgeous heritage features and classic workmanship. Relax in the bright, open living space on plush sofas with a big-screen smart TV. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, freestanding oven and cooktop, built-in microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Enjoy meals in the elegant dining area or step outside to the rear patio. The master bedroom boasts a canopy queen bed, a private sitting area with rocking chairs, and a workspace. Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three, located upstairs, offers two twin beds. The downstairs bathroom features a jetted tub with an overhead shower, and the upstairs bathroom has a bath and shower with plenty of towels.
Off-street parking is available for 4+ cars. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay for a non-refundable pet fee of $150. The dog must be up-to-date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty-trained. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet, and additional charges will apply if dog feces are not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile).

Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the property, including the front porch, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events are not allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Attempts to remove, tamper with, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in reservation cancellation and guests being asked to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from their original positions. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is also prohibited. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests must update the number of guests to the correct amount; more guests on the premises than notated in the reservation may result in an additional fee. Checkout procedures must be completed as written and posted in the house; any excessive mess will result in the loss of the security deposit in the additional amount needed to pay cleaners.
