Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Decor cannot be hung using tape, nails, or adhesive on the walls, and confetti is not allowed. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $100 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including balconies and the garage; evidence of smoking or vaping will result in an additional cleaning fee up to $500.
