This home features an open layout, beautiful hardwood floors throughout, modern furnishings, and tasteful decorations. There are two living areas, a master suite with a king-size bed and an exceptionally large walk-in closet with a full en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a full dresser and closet, and a second full bathroom with shower/tub combination. In the back of the home are two additional bedrooms: the first includes a twin daybed with trundle and armoire, which leads into the second back bedroom with a queen bed. The modern kitchen offers lots of counter space and a full suite of high-end appliances.
The house features an attached one-car garage, and the large circular driveway has space to park up to three cars.
The peaceful neighborhood is in the heart of Uptown St. Augustine, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, museums, and other downtown attractions in the Historic District. The Historic Downtown is a short walk away, and the beach is just a five-minute drive. The home is located just a few minutes’ walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, as well as local eateries. The downtown Historic District is a 20-minute walk away.
Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for parties or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. No underage drinking is allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. You are required to follow the house rules during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written, and any excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees.
