Two additional bedrooms are located in the back of the home; one with a twin daybed with a trundle and armoire, which provides access to the second back bedroom with a queen bed. The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped with ample counter space and a full suite of high-end appliances.

Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No parties or large group gatherings are permitted, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, or receptions. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Vaping or smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee.
