Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed on the property at any time, with no exceptions. Events are not allowed, and the home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet except toilet paper.
