Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person, which requires approval from the host prior to booking. Smoking of any kind is prohibited; a $200 fine will be issued for violations, with additional charges to cover repair or cleaning costs. No pets are allowed. The primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms (closed water bottles are permitted); extra cleaning fees will apply for stains. Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving. Keep windows closed for security. Keep the storage closet closed and locked. Do not rearrange furniture.
