This pet-friendly home for one dog under 50 lbs features a fenced-in backyard with outdoor seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and off-street parking for 2-3 vehicles. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped for short or long stays, this home offers a king bed in the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo is also available.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per stay for one dog under 50 lbs. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty trained. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile).

From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for everyone just minutes from the home. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or a rental, with free parking space for up to 3 cars included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi.
Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to an additional fee of $50 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch.
