Located within leafy Lincolnville, home to the largest concentrations of late Victorian era buildings in the city and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this 140-acre walkable neighborhood offers flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. The house is 3 blocks from the city marina with daily boat and slip rentals. The trolleys pick up and drop off 2 blocks away at the Villa Zorayda Museum. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. No underage drinking. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
