Casa DeSoto has plenty of space for everyone, featuring 3 queen guest bedrooms with electronic, adjustable bed frames (one downstairs, two upstairs) and a king master suite with a private bathroom and jetted tub. Two additional full bathrooms are also available on each level of the home, well stocked with fluffy, white towels. The kitchen provides all the necessities and more for your in-home meals, including well-stocked glasses, plates, and silverware, along with all of the proper cooking utensils. Appliances include a crockpot, coffee pot, Kuerig (beginning supply of k-pods provided at check in), French press, toaster, hot water kettle, and electric skillet. Great amenities like a pool table, fire pit, propane grill, and outdoor games offer the perfect ways to relax after a day of exploring. A complimentary bottle of local wine awaits your arrival to celebrate the start of your vacation. The backyard is a beautiful oasis with an abundance of seating options to take in the lovely landscaping that includes over 50 different types of plants and a bird feeding tower that attracts many various species.

Many of the top St. Augustine attractions are just minutes away by foot from the home. Enjoy some local favorite restaurants nearby such as La Nouvelle, Ice Plant, and St. Augustine Fish Camp. The home is located within leafy Lincolnville, home to the largest concentrations of late Victorian era buildings in the city and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Being within walking district of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. The house is 3 blocks from the city marina with daily boat and slip rentals where guests can bring along their own boat and see the city from a different perspective. Jump aboard the Trolley to take an easy tour of the city. Experience sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just minutes from the house.
Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. There are no pets allowed on property at any time. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home, and an attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr. [SI]
