Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar or alfresco on the deck with seating for four. Three generous bedrooms each feature comfortable queen beds with soft, quality linen for a restful night's sleep. Bedrooms one and two are in the main cottage, while the third bedroom is in a detached suite with its own full bathroom, ideal for couples seeking privacy. The main central bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a vanity stocked with essentials and plenty of fluffy towels.
Enjoy the convenience of a BBQ grill on the deck and a fire pit area in the paved courtyard. A handy outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A washer and dryer are provided in the laundry nook. Pets are allowed for 1 dog under 50 lbs for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet and for cleaning up dog feces, with additional charges applying if not properly disposed of.

It's within walking distance to the Lighthouse, mini-golf, great restaurants, bars, and parks, and only minutes to the beaches. Anastasia State Park, with its 4 miles of white quartz sand beaches, is nearby, offering opportunities for bird watching, biking, swimming, fishing, and surfing. Kayak or stand-up paddleboard rentals are also available. The St. Augustine Amphitheatre, hosting concerts and events, is a 5-minute drive away. Downtown St. Augustine, with its restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, St. George Street, and Castillo San Marcos, is also just a 5-minute drive over the Bridge of Lions.
Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr.
