The cottage features open-plan living with Netflix, a gorgeous kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and wonderful outdoor spaces with a deck, a fire pit area, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Make your way inside the charming cottage using the easy keyless entry and be greeted with a bright, open space with all of life’s little luxuries waiting for you to enjoy. Sink into the soft, inviting sofa after a day spent at the beach and stream all your favorites on the big screen Smart TV with complimentary Netflix. Step through into the eclectically styled kitchen that comes fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and utensils you could need. Serve your meals up at the breakfast bar or eat alfresco style out on the deck with seating for four under the shady umbrella. There are three generous bedrooms within the home, each offering a comfortable queen bed topped in soft, quality linen. Bedrooms one and two are located in the main cottage, while the third bedroom is in the detached suite that also features a full bathroom. The main central bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a vanity stocked with essentials and plenty of soft, fluffy towels. After a day at the beach, rinse off with the outdoor shower and wash up with access to a washer and dryer in the laundry nook. The cottage is nestled on beautiful Anastasia Island, sharing the rich history of St. Augustine and its historic district. Attractions, shops, and restaurants offer a laid-back vibe, ideal for escaping the crowds of downtown St. Augustine, only a 5-minute drive away. The St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum is a 4-minute walk away, offering educational exhibits and spectacular views. Play at the Mini Golf Course, just a 5-minute walk from the cottage, and visit the picturesque Anastasia State Park with its 4 miles of white quartz sand beaches. At night, catch a show at the Amphitheatre, a 5-minute drive away, or explore Downtown St. Augustine with its countless restaurants, cafes, and boutique stores, just 5 minutes away.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a fee of $50 per hour. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch.
