The home features a cozy living room with a big screen smart TV, and an open kitchen and dining space, fully stocked for in-home meals. There is a private pool and a propane grill for BBQ by the water. The first bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds, bean bag seating, and a TV. The second bedroom has a twin daybed and trundle, dresser, and smart TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser, and smart TV. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, daybed with trundle, closet, dresser, and smart TV, as well as an attached full en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. There are two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a shower/tub combo, as well as a washer and dryer.
Pool heat is available for $30 per day and the home is pet-friendly for 1 dog with a $150 nonrefundable pet fee.
The home is only a few minutes' walk to the beach, with direct access from the street, and less than a 10-minute drive to St. Augustine historic district.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch; if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home; an attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay; guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay, and additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of.
