Blue Jewel is nearby the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sabastian Winery. Blue Hen, the top neighborhood brunch spot, is just a few blocks away. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for everyone, all within a short stroll.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the host prior to their arrival. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door; any attempt to remove or tamper with it may result in the reservation being canceled. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted per stay, and it must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty trained. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay, and additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, underage drinking, and foreign objects down the toilet are strictly prohibited. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay.
