The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, dresser, closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a twin bunk bed, a queen-size bed, dresser, closet, and a TV. A second bathroom with a shower/tub combination is accessible from the hallway. Enjoy the ocean waves from your private screened-in porch with cozy seating and garden views. The living room provides a queen sleeper sofa and ample seating for the group, complete with a large smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home.
Two community pools with chic cabanas are available for guests, along with a private beach walkover. Parking for two cars is included with your stay.
Located right by the beautiful St. Augustine beach, you can step out your door and walk along the private path to the boardwalk and onto the white sandy beach. The condo is nestled on Anastasia Island, offering a laid-back vibe and easy access to the history and attractions of St. Augustine's historic district, just 10-15 minutes away. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door. Any attempt to remove, tamper with, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in reservation cancellation and guests being asked to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from their original positions. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. No underage drinking.
