Pets are allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet fee per dog under 50 lbs, with inquiries for additional dogs welcome. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets, and additional charges will apply if dog feces are not properly disposed of ($50 per pile).

Guests are liable for any property damage caused during their stay. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional fee of $50 per hour. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door; tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from their original positions. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours.
