Quiet hours begin at 10 pm and all noise must be minimized at this time. Window AC units are installed for heating and cooling, as there is no central AC. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. A security camera is installed at the front door, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. No pets are allowed, and no smoking or vaping is permitted on the property.
