This recently renovated apartment blends historic charm with modern updates. The welcoming living room offers an earthy and retro beachy atmosphere with a large smart TV loaded with Netflix. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, plates, and glasses, and includes a microwave, Keurig, and toaster, with bar-top seating available. The apartment boasts three private bedrooms: one with a comfortable queen bed, another with a full bed and a sitting area, and a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and an attached en-suite bathroom. Both full bathrooms feature walk-in showers and are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Off-street parking is included in the back of the home and guests will have full access to the entire 3-bedroom apartment and outdoor porch.

Window AC units are installed for heating and cooling; there is no central AC. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted on the property, including the front porch. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed.
