One dog under 50 lbs is welcome with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr.
