The golf cart is a paid amenity and is available to reserve for $80 per day with a two-day minimum for the entirety of the stay, or at the end of your stay. The home is pet-friendly, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street.
Set in a quiet residential area, the home is close to local shopping and restaurants. St. Pete Beach access is 1.4 miles away, Albert Whitted Airport is 6 miles away, and Splash Harbour Water Park is 12 miles from the property, placing coastal activities and local attractions within easy reach.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. No glass is allowed by the pool. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10:00 am, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Failure to observe the rule to not tamper with the pool equipment could result in fines up to $150 plus damages. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit.
