Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with shopping and restaurants nearby, this home offers convenient access to St. Pete Beach (1.4 miles), Albert Whitted Airport (6 miles), and Splash Harbour Water Park (12 miles).
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. No glass is allowed by the pool. The maximum occupancy is 7 guests. This home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to three standard-size cars can park in the driveway. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle.
