This is a tourism area, and everyone staying will be a guest. The Pinellas Trail entrance is right across the street, perfect for cycling, running, and bird watching. A digital rental agreement must be signed and a valid ID must be provided prior to arrival. All the amenities outside of the unit (pool, grills, gym, convenience store, laundry, etc.) and the internet/Wi-Fi are managed by the resort, and the cleanliness or availability of these amenities cannot be guaranteed. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Pets must be reported in advance and in writing, and guests can bring up to 2 pets with a fee of $125 per pet per stay. Pets must not exceed 50 lbs. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 penalty per pet, and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Guests must pick up after their pets, and a $50 penalty applies if pet waste is left on the property. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200.
