The waterview pool and hot tub are open from sunrise to sunset. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Guests must pick up after their pets inside and outside the rental. When outside the rental unit, pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner unless you have a private, fenced-in backyard. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. Check-in time is 4PM EST and checkout time is 11AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes.
