Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. Guests can bring up to 2 pets, and they must pick up after their pets inside and outside the rental. When outside the rental unit, pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner unless you have a private, fenced-in backyard. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. A $50 penalty applies if pet waste is left on the property. No lethal weapons are allowed on the property unless requested and approved in advance in writing, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
