Halle is great, she works very hard but needs more help. Communication with management is very poor. We watched thousands of dollars be wasted on the gym flooring while never seeing any improvements. There is ripped seating on gym equipment and the worst quality assessors I’ve ever seen. No sauna. No hot tub. There has been 2 pool party residents since being here an entire year. That’s unacceptable for what we pay in rent. As is the lack of amenities. Elevators are frequently down and there... should have always been 4 elevators for the amount of floors in this building. Very poor planning.
Good location, views, and enjoy the floor to ceiling windows. Jannus is very loud.

We’re glad to hear your kind words about Halle—she’s a valued member of... our team, and we agree that her dedication deserves recognition and support. We’re actively working to improve internal communication and staffing to better serve our residents.
Regarding the amenities and maintenance concerns, we understand your frustration. Your comments about the gym equipment, flooring have been noted. We’re currently reviewing our amenity offerings and prioritizing repairs and upgrades to ensure they reflect the value our residents expect.
We also hear your concerns about the elevators and building design. While some structural limitations are difficult to change, we’re committed to minimizing downtime and improving reliability wherever possible.
As for community events, we’re sorry the pool parties haven’t met your expectations. Please be sure to check your elevator display boards and emails. We have been offering monthly Pilate classes on the 3th floor, along with an array of other monthly events.

Definitely ups and downs to living here. Location is key. Building is nice, but mail system is Fetch and there needs to be a 24/7 door person. Willie is awesome but can’t be there everyday.

I am about to move to my 3rd unit here. I was facing South, then I moved to a 6th floor with a terrace and now I am moving to the North side which has a great view! So you know I must really like it here!

Location is great, people are friendly and staff is super helpful. I would recommend moving here if you want to be in the middle of the action in St Pete. I work from home and I rarely need to get in my car
