Axio at Carillon Apartments

Axio has some positive things to offer but the negatives outweigh the good.

I'll start with the good. There is a lot to like about the apartments themselves. They are nicely appointed and have plenty of features. Lots of storage with large closets. The kitchen is modern. Many units have large balconies and screened porches. The car chargers are free, and for the most part, people move their cars once they have been charged. Some people complain about noise from their neighbors but I have never... experienced that. The location is also convenient, especially if you work in Carillon Park.

The not so positive: The entire property feels neglected, even though it's only ~4 years old. The hallways are soiled to the point of grossness. Part of this is the dirty residents who let their dogs pee in the halls and elevators. See it all the time! The landscaping is unkept with dead weeds where flowering plants used to be. The gym is shockingly small for a community of this size. The smell of the dog park will make you gag. I don't think it's ever cleaned. The garage is also dirty and the gate hasn't worked in nearly a year. There are 55 reserved parking spots but they charge an outrageous amount for them. This means they are ALL empty, which only adds to the overcrowded garage. Economics would tell you that charging less and having some rented is better than having none rented, but I digress.

I regret moving here even though it was always meant to be temporary. Although these apartments are advertised as luxurious, I do not see that in reality, so I cannot recommend them. Read More

Believe all the 1 star reviews. This is a horrible place to rent. The management company that runs this apartment complex is dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

The leasing office is very poorly run. They are rude and dishonest. Also the fire alarms go off all the time without notice. Look elsewhere.

Unprofessional management, crap and urine smell all over the property, mildew and black mold in pools and jacuzzi, pitbulls and Rottweilers I guess aloud here. I don't feel safe. The gate stays broken. Sentinel is the worst to deal with. You've been warned many times over not to live here unless you love paying a lot to be punished.

dont live here unless you want the fire alarm to go off 12 times a day, once even at 1:30 am. Impossible to work from home, no advance notice for testing that has been going on for what seems like months. Moving out
