A Beautiful Place to Call Home.
Georgetown Square is a new building that is gorgeous, inside and out. Very spacious rooms, sturdy attractive hardwood flooring, lots of storage space, stainless steel appliances, full weekly activities calendar, ceiling fans, dishwasher, microwave. Friendly residents, ample parking. Great place!

Great, affordable place to call home.
Georgetown Square is an excellent place for me to call home. The building is all enclosed like a hotel with a nice lobby and elevators. The apartments are small but easy to maintain, with stainless steel appliances. It's a great place to downsize to. Downtown Sanford is within walking distance, as well as Lake Monroe, the Riverwalk and Ft. Mellon.
This is a 55 year old or over building.
