The cottage is situated at 1424 Co Hwy 284 in Grayton Beach, Florida, offering a serene and private retreat. Shops are located in the back and next door to the cottage, and a private driveway lined with trees provides a lovely entrance. The neighborhood shares a private driveway with two neighbors, adding a touch of neighborly charm.
Check-in time is 4pm or after. Guests are kindly asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Check-out time is 11am. Guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. Early check-in is available for a $50 fee and late check-out for a $25 fee per extended hour, both requiring prior confirmation with the host. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed at this property. Events and vendors are prohibited. Guests agree to pay any damage made to the property and its furnishings. Host, or Host's Agent, may enter the Property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum, with quiet time from 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
