This recently renovated cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with all the essential appliances, utensils, and basic cooking supplies. Enjoy meals at the cozy table for two, or relax in the small seating area while watching favorite shows on the 50-inch smart TV with Direct TV. The memory foam queen-size bed and built-in dresser drawers will ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including a shower/tub, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow dryer. A washer and dryer are also provided for convenience.
Guests can take advantage of Seaside's free shuttle service, which has a convenient pick-up location just across from the Shops of Grayton parking lot, practically next door to the cottage. The shuttle is a great option for avoiding traffic on Scenic Hwy 30A and operates from 6 a.m. to midnight with wait times usually no more than 10 minutes. The buses are air-conditioned and heated for comfort, and as the shuttle travels along Scenic 30A, guests will enjoy stunning views of the Western Lake bridges and the Timpochee Trail.
Located just minutes from the famous Red Bar and Grayton Beach State Park, this cottage is a 3-minute drive to the beautiful white sands of Grayton Beach and a 6-minute drive to Seaside. Grayton Beach is a charming coastal community located on the east side of Hwy 283 and is well-served by rideshare services such as Lyft and Uber. Grayton Beach State Park is directly across Hwy 283 and offers picturesque hiking trails and scenic views.
Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. If any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after check-out, a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged to cover costs to remove odors and lost revenue during cleaning. Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises unless approved in writing by the host/manager. If the guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining, and the guest agrees to pay a charge of $20 per person/per day for every visitor not identified in the reservation.
