The chef’s kitchen boasts high-end stainless appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry, a Keurig coffee maker, and a large island with high seating. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The minimum age for check-in is 30 years old. No pets are allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in outdoor areas, including porches and the backyard. A fee of $300 will be charged for each room that has a smoke odor to cover smoke removal services. Parties are strictly prohibited, and if a party takes place, a $200 extra cleaning fee will be charged for excessive mess or damage. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. There are three security cameras located in the doorbell, rear yard, and side yard by the trash, solely to keep track of the cleaning team. Street parking is not allowed, and you may be towed if parked on the street.
The home includes a dedicated workspace, ensuring a comfortable environment for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
