Parties are strictly prohibited, and if a party takes place, you may be asked to leave immediately with no refund, and a $200 extra cleaning fee will be charged if the cleaning team determines that additional cleaning is required due to excessive mess or damage. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets are allowed. No professional photography is allowed. There is an exterior camera installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Parking is available in the driveway for a maximum of 3 cars, and no street parking is allowed. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. If 1 or more of the 11 wristbands for pool access are missing upon check-out, there is a charge of $100 per wristband.
