Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in outdoor areas, with a $300 fee charged for each room that has smoke odor to cover smoke removal services. Parties are strictly prohibited, and if a party takes place, guests may be asked to leave immediately with no refund. If the cleaning team determines that additional cleaning is required due to excessive mess or damage, a $200 extra cleaning fee will be charged. Guest verification is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a Rental Agreement, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in, and paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver covers accidental damage during the stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out.
