Enjoy the community heated pool with a hot tub and fire pit, and the community outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill. A 6-seater golf cart is available for use. A pack n play and high chair are available for family use. Parking is available for up to 3 cars.

No pets are allowed. There is to be no professional photography. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. There is no street parking allowed. Guests must be 30 years or older to book this property. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in outdoor areas, including porches, backyard, and terraces, and a fee of $300 will be charged for each room that has smoke odor to cover smoke removal services. If a party takes place, you may be asked to leave immediately with no refund, and if the cleaning team determines that additional cleaning is required due to excessive mess or damage, a $200 extra cleaning fee will be charged. You'll find 11 wristbands for pool access, and the wristbands must be put back in that bowl where found before check out, otherwise it’s $100 per wristband if missing. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
