    Not as advertised

    Leaks and water damage, toxic mold, broken elevators and doors, unclean amenities, overflowing dog waste and tons of flies, you haul your own garbage to a stinky and overflowing garbage area. Dogs getting sick at the dog park that has no shade. Kids getting sick from the pool in between only fans and influencer video shoots that aren’t appropriate for families. Fountains are in and off. Resort style music by the pool no longer exists. Gym equipment keeps breaking. Management keeps rotating.… Dozens breaking leases to leave early. Short term rentals bringing noise, wear and tear, garbage, and strangers, smoking , and pets that haven’t been vetted in every building. Paper thin floors and walls. Rust stains in every surface. Convenience store is often empty but overpriced. It’s crazy this place is marketed as luxury.
