Quiet hours are observed from 8 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and a designated outdoor smoking area is located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. No parties or events are allowed. Noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times. Guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Guests must complete a secure Guest Check-In Form prior to check-in to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Parking on grass or lawns is strictly prohibited; use only designated parking areas. Indoor smoking, fireworks, and glass around pool areas are prohibited. Maintain the AC temperature between 68-80°F; setting the AC below 68°F may cause issues and incur additional technician fees. Guests must bring their own cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen ingredients. A starting supply of paper products, towels, and linens is provided.
