The living/family room features a large TV, cozy wood paneling, and a high ceiling. The master suite includes a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. All bedrooms have large closets with coat hangers. The first-floor private resident suite offers a separate bathroom with a shower, a large TV, a couch, and two queen beds, which can also serve as an office. The lower level boasts a spacious living area with seating areas, a patio swing, and a game room with pool, shuffleboard, and cornhole. Enjoy the enclosed, air-conditioned game room and a private Tiki bar. Outside, relax in the stunning infinity pool and private jacuzzi overlooking Philippi Creek. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are available for an additional $100 each, subject to approval. At checkout, guests are asked to set the thermostat to 75°F, turn off lights, secure doors and windows, and start the dishwasher. If a laundry load is requested, wash towels only. Boat mooring requires prior approval, and only docking alongside the dock is permitted; the boat lift is not available to guests.
