1 month lease please pay in advance plus $500 security deposit.

No move-in fees because we’re nice people.
We have limited driveway parking spaces for $50 a month; there is no parking on the road

I'm originally from the UK so I hope you enjoy a British accent. tn the home right now there’s just me, the Merry Widow (61) and sometimes (some weekends and school breaks) my college freshman daughter. There’s also our dog, Dodger, who is very friendly and sweet natured but sadly also dumb as a box of rocks. What can you do.
I work from home and you’re very welcome to do so too, either from your room, or from our hangout room which features a long 2-person desk, chairs and a printer.
