Really enjoy living here

I love living here! The location is absolutely perfect, the community is well kept, I love the pool and the staff! I would recommend BOLD to anyone searching for a place to live

Love it here!

I love having my child and animals here. Everything is so walkable and the building also has a dog run making it easy to take my pets out. The cafe next door is also a great amenity for us. My neighbors are all super friendly and so is the staff.

it’s been 3 years

I’ve just renewed by lease 3rd time. I really love my apartment and convenience to everything. I don’t see myself living anywhere else if apartment downtown Sarasota. Very convenient to have garage to pull in and everything is so close. All restaurants and events downtown.
