Been here over a year and I still love it

This community is in the PERFECT location! Walking distance from University Town Center where there’s over 100 stores and a Green lawn that has weekly FREE activities. Right by the I75 AND the SRQ airport. I can even walk to Whole Foods!!! I literally love this place.

Amazing experience

The properties scenery is absolutely beautiful, with the wildlife and lake at sunset it is certainly a great way to end the day. Ms. Malissa and Shaila were both very efficient in the process of getting settled and since the I’ve been getting nothing less than the kindest treatment from workers in the leasing office like Gleidy and Ms. Tatiana. All in all a great community as well as housing experience.

Such a fun community

I’ve never lived in such a welcoming and peaceful apartment complex. The office staff are extremely helpful and maintenance are so friendly and professional. I plan on being here for many years to come! If you’re looking for a warm community with such convenient locations nearby, TGM University Park would be perfect

Mostly Perfect

Pros:
-Promotions. Got a heck of a deal on our place. The only downside was that we were only given 24 hours to decide if we wanted to move. Luckily we were trying to find a place that quickly.
-Attentive staff. Whenever we've had any issues they've been prompt to address them more often than not. And when they aren't, they make it right.
-Generally quiet. We've never had any noisy neighbors which is always nice.
-Ample parking for residents
-Nice spacious floorplans.
-Close to the freeway and… shopping centers
-Lil parties. They make an effort to throw community parties with free food n stuff.
-Amenities. Nice pools and gym. Plenty of equipment.
-Maintenance. The complex is generally tidy and they give plenty of notice when they plan on entering units for inspections and stuff.
Cons:
-Dumping. We were under the impression that there is no dumping near the dumpster yet almost week there is a pile of trash at the dump.
-Trash location. There is only one dumpster for residents so anybody who lives on the other side of the complex needs to either walk their trash there or put garbage in their car.
-Gym. Could be more on top of providing wipes for equipment. Most of the time I go there isn't any. Plus, too many people bring their kids and treat it like a playground which is very distracting and dangerous

We've only been here for a month so far so we will probably write another review towards the end of our lease.
