Cannot recommend to my worst enemy. Problem with everything. Especially getting security refund back. Lies, lies, lies. Nothing but lies. Live here at your own risk. You've been warne!!

More than 21 hours with no AC in Florida heat - unacceptable

I submitted an urgent service request yesterday at 4:30 PM because our air conditioning stopped working entirely. As of 1:30 PM the following day - nearly 19 hours later - no one has come to fix it and no one has followed up. Our apartment is currently 86°F with 75% humidity, and we had to sleep in these conditions overnight. In Florida, a non-working AC is an emergency, not a routine ticket. This kind of response time is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care for residents' wellbeing. I… hope management addresses both the repair and their emergency response process, because right now it is failing the people who live here.

Nice place. Maintenance response is fast. The clubhouse is fantastic. I love hosting guests there. Downside is you will hear your noisy neighbors. I’m on the top floor and I can still hear them. Management dealt with my noisy neighbors when I asked.

The Crossing is a beautiful property, with great amenities and a fantastic location. It's convenient to everything. The staff are friendly and helpful and the residents are fantastic. We've made so many friends here that it feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex!
