Exceptional apartments, rent a little higher than usual but they fix things in a timely fashion. Amenities are a plus with a gym and nice pool area. I definitely recommend if prices drop or they have any move in deals

Todo bien, seguro, tranquilo y cómodo. Y es muy céntrico, cerca de mercados y tiendas. Y cerca de las i-75! La piscina súper rica y el gym con buenos y modernos aparatos. Es caro pero si quieres vivir bien y en buena zona vale la pena.

The leasing office has been fantastic, prompt, responsive, and incredibly friendly. The move-in process on their end couldn’t have been smoother, and the promotions they offer are great as well. The property itself is beautiful and very well kept, and the maintenance team is fast and responsive whenever something is needed.
