THE ENSLEY Apartments

The package situation is one of the biggest issues for me at this complex. I never know if it will be at my door (not usual), in my mailbox, or in the big unorganized pile on the ground in the package room. There are copious rules and communications which some are helpful but sometimes it is overkill and adds stress to living here. Such as when maintenance is banging on my door waking me up on my day off. I do like the apartment itself but it is in my opinion; overpriced. The office and... maintenance staff are usually nice in person. I will say the only way to get in contact with the office staff is to physically go inside as they do not answer the phone, call you back, or answer your emails if you are already a resident. Excellent customer service! I love the floor plan in my new one bedroom apartment, it’s very spacious. Also, I like walking around the preserve in the evenings.

Isla was very professional. The apartment was clean and spacious. Is was a seamless transition from my former resident into my current resident.

Love it here so far. The maintenance is great, the girls in the front office help with whatever I need, and the amenities are top notch. We are very comfortable here. It feels safe and secure
