Terrible
Roach infested. Animal controll is forced to install cat traps because of cat attacks. Tennants tamper with traps to hinder stray cat captures. Porches are filled with apartment garbage. Many code violations and being forced to comply with. Drive down Poinsettia and see from the street the garbage on porches.

My apartment is small and old but we have some place to live is always needing to be fix... leaks when it rains... it could use a re make but for its what i can afford for me self and my son.
