Seriously this place always has something loud going on, no matter the hour. To be clear I don’t have a problem with loud music. But my 6yo daughter shouldn’t have to listen to highly explicit music just because my next door neighbors are listening to it. But this isn’t just my next door neighbors, it’s multiple families doing the same thing day after day. If you work overnight like me you can expect to come home to music blasting out as soon as 8 am sometimes. The amenities are a joke btw. Everything has change in so many ways at this property.

The New Owners have done much-needed work at Park Crest Terrace and continuing to do so. I have lived here for one year and I like it here. I am Marta Miranda and I approve this message

There’s an opening in the fence at the end of Park Crest Ter, this is where people freely ride their bikes and walk on a trail giving them easy access to steal anything off your porch including packages delivered and shoes left outside. Management is aware of the issue but doesn’t seem like it’s their responsibility to protect your belongings. They certainly don’t have to but it would be nice to live more securely...the opening is relatively 6ft in length and a fence is much needed.
