Property Flipping and Roach infested
New property owners make small meaningless upgrades to justify raising rent and selling to next llc who does the same. Property is tiny and infested with roaches, laundry machines are outside and cost quarters to operate. The property is worth $600 a month at best for each apartment. The owners also tried to force everyone to set up their own payment profiles with the electric company and pay separately mid lease. Overpriced and owned and sold to vultures
