If evidence of smoke or smoke smell is found in the home, guests will be financially responsible for the air remediation treatment of $250 charged by a third-party vendor. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is no later than 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, but please check with us first. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. Refrain from loud music between 8 PM and 8 AM. Please avoid using the dishwasher or washing machine while not present. Dispose of sanitary products in provided bins only. Plumbing issues caused by misuse may have a fee. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. For additional guests, notify us in advance. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from home without refund.
