This home features four spacious themed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing ample space for everyone. The large living area is perfect for gathering, while the private pool and outdoor entertainment area offer endless fun. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and the spacious dining area is ideal for family meals. Enjoy lounging by the pool with outdoor pool loungers.
Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. We do not provide propane for the grill, so feel free to pick up a new tank or exchange the existing empty tank(s) at a nearby store or gas station if you plan on grilling at the house.
The neighborhood is known for its welcoming community, lush landscaping, and a relaxed, suburban feel. It's often described as a great place to live with a small-town charm, and it's particularly popular with retirees, though it also attracts families. The home is strategically located near everything you need, just a short drive from the pristine Gulf beaches, allowing for easy access to a coastal lifestyle. The area is well-connected to major roads like Park Boulevard, making it easy to get around Pinellas County. You'll have convenient access to a variety of shopping and dining options, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and a modern shopping center nearby. Grocery stores like Publix and Winn-Dixie are also in close proximity.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. During inclement weather, we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly, and after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. We have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please wipe shoes at the door, and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
