This home accommodates up to 12 guests and features an open-concept living area, a fully stocked kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry, a large island with high seating, and a coffee maker (drip, Keurig, and pot). Entertainment options include a 65” smart TV, a large plush sofa, a game room with a pool table, arcade games, and a foosball table. The backyard offers a private pool, hot tub, outdoor theater with a projector and beanbags, a fire pit, a wall mural, an outdoor patio/dining area, a BBQ grill, corn hole, giant Jenga, and putt putt.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. The heated pool fee is $100 per night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature and must be heated for the entirety of your stay. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year and require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated.
