There is ongoing construction at the neighbor's house and scheduled construction on the boat dock in March, which may result in construction noise and materials. There are quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, there is a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged.
