Took a tour of the property and it was clean well kept and very nice! Never have a seen a property so well taken care of! great job!

Great Apartment, Low Rent
I LOVE my current apartment--Glen Oaks in Spring Hill, FL. I've been here six years now. Rent is reasonable. Management is accommodating and quick to fix any issues. Biggest plus is having your own washer/dryer IN the unit and not having to go to a laundry room or feed the machines with quarters. Reasonable Rent for a 2 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath. 2nd Floor Apts. have gorgeous cathedral ceilings. Only thing that kept this from being 5 stars is lack of ceiling fans in the bedrooms and it would be nice... to have 2 FULL baths. Other than that, we've been happy here for six years. Great place to Live! Quiet neighbors. Pretty view.
