The first floor of each main home includes two bedrooms with king-size beds, each with an en-suite full bathroom, and one with private entry to the pool deck. The second floor of each main home features two additional bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two twin beds, a full bathroom, and an open loft area with a twin daybed and twin trundle. The garage apartments are spacious studios with a king-size bed, couch, and smart TV, a full kitchen with a drip coffee maker and basic cooking utensils, and a small attached bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle. The garages themselves are designed as ultimate game rooms that open up to the pool deck.
Pool heat is available for $30 per day, with terms and conditions to inquire about. Guests have private access to both full homes, apartment studios, garage game rooms, and two pools that open up to each other. A gas grill is also available.

Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Guests are required to follow the house rules posted in the house during their stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written. Excessive mess will result in the loss of the security deposit in the additional amount needed to pay cleaners. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door and above the garage, facing the driveway. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to cameras may result in reservation cancellation and guests being requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where it was found upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, with no exceptions. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, and door codes do not activate until the set check-in time. Parties and events must be approved by hosts prior to arrival, with a security deposit and event fee, and proof of event liability insurance is required. Unapproved parties or events may result in reservation cancellation with no refund. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours.
