Anastasia State Park, with its 4 miles of white quartz sand beaches, is nearby, offering opportunities for bird watching, biking, swimming, fishing, and surfing. The Amphitheatre, hosting concerts and events, is a 5-minute drive away, and downtown St. Augustine with its shops, restaurants, and historic sites like Castillo San Marcos is also just 5 minutes away.
Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings such as bachelor/bachelorette parties or wedding receptions. A security camera is installed at the front door. Guests are responsible for any property damage. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
