The fully equipped kitchen comes with pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware for six, along with Keurig, drip coffee maker, and espresso machine options. One bedroom has an attached en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom features a shower/tub combo and a spacious vanity. A separate game room/shed is equipped with a ping pong table, Connect 4, darts, and badminton gear for indoor and outdoor fun. The outdoor area includes a BBQ grill, an open space with a dining table, and a gas firepit. The yard is fully fenced when the driveway gate is closed.
Off-street parking is available for 2-3 vehicles and a fenced yard is provided. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed on the property. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and the number of guests must be accurately updated in the reservation. Parties, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering, are not permitted. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door. Furniture and decor should not be moved from their original positions. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted per stay, provided it is up-to-date on vaccinations, has flea treatment, and is potty trained. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
