Anastasia Plaza, with a Publix supermarket, restaurants, and a Starbucks, is an easy 15-minute stroll away. Nearby attractions include the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum and Anastasia State Park, featuring 4 miles of white quartz sand beaches perfect for bird watching, biking, swimming, fishing, and surfing. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Smoking is not allowed on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. No parties or events are allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from their original positions. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are liable for any and all property damage. While children over the age of 2 are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100 per hour.
