The Island Suite is perfectly located in town, just a 15-20 minute walk to the downtown district and only a couple miles from the nearest public beach. Walk to local favorites such as Old Coast Ales, Osprey Tacos, and Llama.
Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events are not allowed. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
