Feel at home in this charming, recently renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located in the epicenter of Historic Downtown St. Augustine. This modern suite offers a private courtyard for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.
No expense was spared in the renovation of this historic building. The apartment features a full kitchen with granite countertops, designer furniture, and flat-screen TVs with cable in every room. A hot tub is also available (photos coming soon).
Parking is available via a parking pass for the City of St. Augustine's Municipal Parking Garage, located about a 5-minute walk from the apartment. A small loading/unloading spot is available for luggage drop-off and parking pass pick-up. Paid parking spots are also abundant in the surrounding area. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for a $150 non-refundable pet fee, with some exceptions allowed upon inquiry. The dog must be up-to-date on vaccinations and fully potty-trained/kenneled, and no puppies under 1 year are allowed.
Step outside your front door and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Historic Downtown St. Augustine. Amazing shops, restaurants, and bars are just steps away in every direction, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer on foot.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Parties are not permitted, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gatherings. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from their original positions. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Guests are required to follow the house rules and checkout procedures. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Any excessive mess upon checkout may result in additional cleaning fees.
